Throughout the year I offer a variety of different healing sessions including meditations, parent-child connections teaching and healing and Inner Freedom Coaching. Not only is it a cost effective way to work with me, it is also a great way to connect to a small like-minded set of people.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "tapping", is a gentle but powerful method for releasing emotional stress, unhelpful patterns, and even physical tension that's linked to how you're feeling inside. It’s simple, safe, and surprisingly effective—even if you’ve tried other therapies and felt stuck.
Here's how a session might look:
We begin with what’s bothering you You don’t need to have it all figured out—we start with whatever’s on your mind or in your body. That might be anxiety, overwhelm, a physical symptom, or just a feeling you can’t quite shake. You're always in control, and we go entirely at your pace.
Tapping on key points Using your fingertips, you’ll gently tap on specific acupressure points on the face and upper body—while focusing on the issue. This combination helps calm the nervous system and release emotional charge from whatever's been stuck beneath the surface.
A safe space to release There’s no need to re-live trauma or talk about anything you don’t feel ready to share. EFT works beautifully without needing to go into all the details. It’s a supportive and soothing process that allows emotions to shift gently and naturally.
What it feels like Clients often say they feel lighter, calmer, clearer—and more like themselves again. Some feel the emotional release straight away; for others, it’s a gentle unfolding over time. Either way, EFT helps shift you from survival mode into a more peaceful, empowered place.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, gentle and deeply effective way to create lasting change by working with your subconscious mind—the part of you that holds your beliefs, habits, emotional patterns, and even physical responses. It's a bit like updating your inner software… calmly and kindly.
Forget everything you’ve seen on telly—therapeutic hypnosis is nothing like stage hypnosis. You won’t be clucking like a chicken or lose control! You remain awake, aware and fully in charge the entire time. It feels more like daydreaming or that dreamy, floaty moment just before you fall asleep
Here’s what happens in a session:
We begin by gently exploring the issue you want to work on—this could be anxiety, a habit, low confidence, emotional pain, or something you’re struggling to shift. Once you’re comfortable and relaxed, I’ll guide you into a calm, peaceful state using soft words, visualisation and focused breathing. From there, we work with the subconscious mind—the part of you that quietly runs the show behind the scenes.
In this relaxed state…
You’re more open to healing, insight and positive suggestions. We bypass the busy, overthinking part of the mind and speak directly to the deeper part of you—where emotional wounds, fears, and old patterns live. This allows us to gently release and reprogramme what’s no longer serving you.
Clients often describe it as feeling like a big mental exhale. Some feel floaty and light, others grounded and still. Either way, it’s soothing, supportive, and completely led by you. You can speak, move, or open your eyes at any point. You’re always in control.

Advanced Belief coding sessions are done in groups of 4. This is so that you get the biggest impact in the shortest time. If anxiety was a forest, there would be lots of differenet trees to make the forest. Through belief coding we dig up many trees over the session so that the forest is bare.
It is a gentle but powerful healing method designed to help you shift limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and patterns that are keeping you stuck. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
We start with your issue or goal
You might come in feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old habits, or struggling with physical symptoms that don’t seem to shift. We’ll begin by exploring what you’d like to feel instead—calmer, more confident, free of fear, more in control, etc.
Muscle testing + subconscious connection Using muscle testing (a simple tool from kinesiology), we gently connect with your subconscious mind to uncover where the root of the belief or emotion lies—often tracing back to a memory or event you may have forgotten or not realised was impacting you.
Inner child work + emotional release We may connect with your “inner child” or earlier self who first formed the belief. From there, we guide them through a loving, powerful process that helps release stuck emotions and bring healing to the moment that shaped the belief. This might involve breathwork, visualisation, or speaking affirmations to your subconscious.
Reprogramming the belief Once the old belief is released (e.g., “I’m not safe” or “I’m not good enough”), we rewire it with something far more empowering—like “I am worthy,” “I trust myself,” or “I am free to be me.” This step is gentle, affirming, and often incredibly emotional in the best way.
How it feels
You’ll stay fully conscious and in control the whole time—this isn’t hypnosis. You get to speak to your Inner child, and give them what they didnt get during a specific event. Most people describe the process as relaxing, emotional, and deeply freeing.

My sessions are calm, creative, and completely child-led—designed to help your child feel safe, supported, and gently empowered.
Here’s what a typical session may include:
No pressure to talk Children are never expected to talk about anything they don’t feel comfortable sharing. Some prefer to sit quietly, and that’s perfectly okay. Healing can happen in many ways—not just through words.
Creative expression If your child doesn’t want to talk, they’re gently encouraged to draw, doodle, write, or even do this quietly in their own mind. We’ll rip up what’s been written or drawn as a symbolic way of letting go of difficult feelings at the end. Children often find this incredibly freeing.
Calming activities We usually end with something soothing—colouring, gentle meditation, quiet breathing or EFT —while repeating simple, empowering affirmations to help build self-esteem and inner calm. Children can take these away with them along with any tools or techniques they have learnt.
Gentle, powerful results This approach may seem simple, but it’s had a powerful impact for many children—helping with anxiety, emotional release, attachment issues. confidence, and sleep.
Sessions can vary depending on what modality is required, and also if it a child session, the age of the child.
Younger children tend to have a shorter attention span, so a session might only last for 30 mins, whereas a teenage session would be around an hour.
Adult sessions last around 90 minutes.
Post- Session Adjustment
After our session, it is common to experience a range of emotions or sensations, such as feeling tired, emotional, or energized. This is a normal response as your body processes and releases energy that its has been holding onto.
It can take up to 72 hours for your body to fully adjust and integrate the work we have done. During this time, I encourage you to listen to your body, stay fully hydrated, and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours to help support your healing process. Please be patient with yourself during this process, and reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
To secure your session, payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures that your appointment is confirmed and allows me to manage my schedule accordingly. I understand that life happens! However, please give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If less that 24 hours' notice is given, the full session fee will still apply. This helps me manage my schedule and offer the time to someone else who may need it.
